Living Water Construction lead by Jerry Scalzo just completed a total renovation
of the Sun Tower Hotel & Suites. They took each guest room and transformed them
into a luxurious oceanfront accommodation from new knock down walls, new
electrical, carpet, hurricane windows and revamped each suites efficiency
completed with new cabinets, appliances and hard wood flooring. The team then
moved on to the out dated pool and its surrounding grounds area and revived it
into a tropical oasis. The pool itself was brought down to its original shell
where the depth was lifted, steps were moved, water feature added, new tiling,
marsite and diamond brite was completed all within a timely manner. The grounds
themselves received the ultimate design to enhance our guests experience with
palms trees, greenery and lighting. Through all the renovations we never

After nearly 11 months of waiting for the purchase of our short-sale home, we
